Toxic Friendships - Still an issue at 55!

I recently wrote an article about toxic friendships as a grown woman having lost 3 close friends because of social media jealousy.

It was not an easy period or an easy piece to write, but it struck a chord with many. I am 55 and friendships are more toxic now than in my teenage years.
